To qualify for the rebate program you must buy your property
Through me. Property can consist of New Homes, Resale Homes,
Condos, Land, or Lots.

Rebate to be credited to buyer at close of escrow towards buyers closing cost and or pre-paids.

Cannot be working with another Real Estate agent.

Cannot have seen property with another Real Estate agent.

Cannot have gone to a new home development and signed in.

Must get pre-qualified by a lender to determine a how much home or property you can afford. If you need help here I have lenders that can help you and are great to work with.
